Saturday 23 June 2007
Venue: Bogan House, 43 High Street, Totnes, Devon
Time: 11.00-15.00

This is an exclusive opportunity to see a selection of l930s garden party dresses with Curator Julia Fox. As well as enjoying these, you will be able to see the exhibition, ‘Dressing the Part’, organised to celebrate the Museum’s 40th anniversary, and based on a theatrical theme. There will be references to Sheridan, Oscar Wilde and a vignette of Little Women. The day will start with coffee then we will need to divide into two groups to alternate between looking at the exhibitions and dress collection. Members can either bring their own packed lunch or enjoy lunch in one of the nearby cafes.
